Calling all photographers!

The White Home’s Annual Photo Pass is perfect for photographers looking to diversify their portfolio and give their client an elegant, timeless backdrop. With the Annual Photo Pass, pass holders may schedule up to a 2 hour photography session Monday through Thursday with access to the exterior space of our venue. All sessions must be scheduled in advance. If you’d like to take pictures in the interior of the home or during the weekend, additional rates will apply. Please read our Annual Photo Pass policy below for additional information & regulations.

The pass is exclusively valid for the purchasing solo photographer and cannot be used for mass company usage, multiple photographers, or partnerships outside our organization. Each photographer must purchase their own pass. Historic Rock Hill reserves the right to decline access to any photographer found abusing our system, with no eligibility for refund.

Annual Photo Pass Policy

  • Cost is $300 per year for outdoor use only and $350 per year for indoor and outdoor use

  • Pass is active for 12 months beginning at date of purchase

  • Each photography session MUST be approved through our online reservation request form 

  • Passholders may bring no more than 6 guests per session

  • Pass is valid Monday-Thursday by scheduled appointment only

  • Approved photographers may utilize our venue for a maximum of four hours on site per day

  • Professional photographers have priority use of specifically reserved areas. Photographers may take photos only in approved areas. No photographers, assistants, or subjects may step in any locked buildings or other areas deemed off-limits to the public without permission

  • Climbing or mounting equipment in trees, buildings, or other improvements is prohibited

  • No drone photography allowed without explicit consent from The White Home

  • All photo subjects must be fully and appropriately clothed

  • Photography of landscapes and architecture may not be used for commercial or retail purposes without prior written approval from The White Home

  • Historic Rock Hill-The White Home reserves the right to prohibit any photography on its property for any reason, including if the filming or photography creates the potential for: (i) disruption of activities of guests, events, or employees; (ii) damage to or alteration of The White Home property; (iii) inappropriate use of The White Home name, marks or image

  • Photographers will be held accountable for any damage to the White Home or grounds incurred during their session

  • Should it be known that you’re utilizing the property outside of the terms of the photography pass (i.e., weddings, microweddings, baby showers, mini sessions, etc.) you will be subjected to the cost of a full day rental
