Terms & Conditions

The winning bidder must be present at the 19th Annual Oyster Roast on October 16, 2025 to claim the venue rental package. The package is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another party. Booking date is subject to venue approval and is based on availability at the time of booking.
