Terms & Conditions

The winning bidder must be present at the 19th Annual Oyster Roast on October 16, 2025 to claim the venue rental package. The package is non-transferable and may not be sold, gifted, or reassigned to another party. Planning services are not included but we exclusively use Hospitality Butler. Booking date is subject to venue approval and must be during the months of January-March, June-August or December during the calendar year of 2026.
